1. THE DESIGN

Hard work, hours of care, years of skill and meticulous precision have gone into crafting each of our designs ready for you to love. We know how important it is that the piece that says ‘I love you’ is perfect and that when your partner sees it for the first time you are met with the ultimate reaction. Our process was designed to make this decision easy, stress-free, fun and fool-proof, every single time. We invite you to view our designs from the comfort of your home or to reach out to us for more of a chat and a helping hand.

2. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT

If you’ve worked out the perfect design but then you’re sitting wondering what’s next, here’s the low down. But, if you’re located outside of Adelaide, don’t feel like you need a face-to-face chat or maybe just a little busy and struggling to find time to come and see us – either send us an email of give us a call to start the conversation. We can organise a spectacular ring, made just for you, all from the comfort of your home.

3. STILL CONFUSED?

More often than not at this stage you might not be 100% sure of exactly what you’re after. This is perfectly normal and why we’re here to help guide you in making the perfect choice that your partner will love. Either book an appointment, send us an email or have a chat to us over the phone. We’ll ask all the right questions and make it easy for you to have the perfect design in your hands in no time!

4. LET’S GO

Now that we’re ready to make the magic happen, it’s time to chat about delivery times. We require a 50% deposit to get started on creating your very own ring and you can do this either at your appointment in the STUDIO or by Online Transfer. We then get our clever little elves to work and within 1-3 weeks your perfect ring is ready to go. If you’re like a lot of our clients who like to be that little bit organised, you might be happy to know you can store your ring with us after it’s finished right up til the day you want to surprise that special someone.

5. IT’S FINISHED

Come in and see us and toast some champagne to getting it just right or have us deliver your piece straight to your door. Either way, once you hand over the rest of the funds it’s down to you doing your thing. Stress-free of course because there’s no doubt you’ve got it just right!
